Saying no to a million dollars

Earlier this week I was talking to one of my clients and I said:

“You’d be crazy to take that million-dollar project. Don’t do it.”

And my client said, “You’re right Gabe. I didn’t even think about it that way until you showed me a different perspective.”

You see:

– I don’t sell rocket ship strategies.

– I don’t preach about hustling 24/7.

Those are great tactics to use if you want to have a roller coaster business…

…lots of stress and even more unpredictable revenue.

There are plenty of times where you should turn down a “big” job or contract…

Especially when it won’t be as profitable as taking on multiple smaller projects.

In business it’s not about topline revenue, it’s about bottom line profits and creating amazing client relationships.

What I do share with my clients is how to build predictable revenue streams through consistent and principle-based marketing systems.

I teach my clients how to build the right internal processes and structures that will allow their businesses to grow at a healthy rate year over year.

These are the kinds of things that we’ll be learning together in the Simple Marketing Method workshop that starts next Wednesday.

If you want to get in before the beta pricing goes away, you better hurry:

To your success,

Gabe
