If you’ve ever created content for your audience, you’ve likely encountered what I refer to as creative burnout.
Like writer’s block, creative burnout occurs when your mind stops producing new, exciting ideas.
Fortunately, there are several strategies you can use to combat burnout.
I discuss all five in my latest YouTube video.
But for now, here are two tips to get you started:
1. Make a list
Have your phone handy? Great! You’re already halfway there. Every time you think of an idea, even if it’s crazy, write it down on your list. This way, you can return to it whenever you encounter a mental block.
2. Review your past content
If you’ve been creating content for a while, you likely have several resources you can draw inspiration from. You never know; a new twist on the same topic could be all you need to get your creative juices flowing.
