I find your blog entry about results very interesting. I agree with you the results matter the most. Most people tend to talk, talk and talk, without delivering any results or making any change. In my life, I find that sometimes this lack of productivity comes from having to much freedom, and too little framework or understanding of what actually needs to be done.
